Elk River Cleanup May 30

Hey Guys and Gals,

The date is fast approaching for our EHWA May 30th clean-up!

Just a few quick reminders:

Time & Place: Please meet at the Inn at Snowshoe parking lot at about 8:45am. We will get started at 9:00 am and keep those sleeves rolled up until about 12:00 noon. After that, we will meet in the court yard of Shaky Jakes for a cookout.

What to Bring?: Please make sure someone from your sponsoring group brings the $10 or $25 check payable to the EHWA. Receipts will be written and will be ready for you to pick up during the cookout.

All Gloves, Safety Vests, and Trash Bags will be provided by the WVDOT, via Ed Galford.

Rain Check: The forecast for Saturday is still looking ok, especially during the hours of the clean-up. We are asking everyone to please show up rain or shine. If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, we will reschedule the event for Saturday, June 6th.
